Omurice
















Use low heat , add veg/olive oil and start with frying tiny chopped pieces from 2 garlic cloves until it smells gooood
















Add your rice mix and stir. I opt for a Tomato based mixed with peas, onions, mushrooms, white wine, bay leaf, chicken pieces. SaltnPepper it accordingly ..maybe not too much.
















Use 4 eggs, 2Tbs of dairy cream, saltnpepper to make your egg mixture(serves 2-3). then...JUST BEAT IT!
Add oil to pan, wait until its hot enough. Pour in the mix and quickly stir it for 5 secs. Swirl the pan to mix it evenly. Turn off the stove and place rice on top. Fold the 4 sides alittle or alot depending on how comfortable you are with flipping...and yes a nonstick pan really helps


If you're not too busy, try making demi glace sauce. It works perfectly well with Omurice. mmmmmm
